With 20 years of experince in Construction and Real Estate her company Zhaklina Rira Consulting, is now the official representative of Damac Properties (Global Developer based in Dubai) in Balcans and some Eu countries. She is also the founder of Giant S.M.I marketing agency, with more than 100 companies in their portofolio and external consultat of EBRD! Zhaklina is an Architect but during her carier she ended up being a business woman so she studied Business Law and Entrepreneurship in France. Zhaklina aims to give a contribution to develop the region she founded a non profit organisation based in Kosovo Institute of Local Capacity Development which gave the contribution to youth, woman (more than 200 womans now owns their own busines because of her mentoring) and foreign investment in the Balcans!
