Dr. Jessica K. Hairston combines over 24 years of psychiatric expertise, compassionate leadership, and deep emotional intelligence. She is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with 20+ years of experience caring for children, adolescents, and adults across North Carolina as Founder and Medical Director of 360 Degree Health, PLLC. Dr. As the Founder of Do It With Empathy, Dr. Hairston is an International speaker, author, empathy educator, and mentor. she empowers women through self-care, personal growth, and transformational leadership. She is passionate about empowering women to be heard, heal with purpose, and build healthier lives through empathy.
