I am bringing back the tradition where I sit with 10 women entrepreneurs coming across different sectors bringing different experiences from their business angel.

I will start the meeting asking them to introduce themselves and then we focus on three case studies brought from 3 women in the room. They share with us one main challenge which can be a problem or obstacle and I guide them on how to find a solution. Everyone in the room also brings their perspective and adds value on providing some tips and advice based on their experience. This is so powerful and everybody feels they are getting something valuable.

Social media mindset

Many women hesitate to use the social media platform, and sometimes they even can’t explain why? We discussed in the group coming to the conclusion that it’s a mindset, a limited belief and a blockage which can be related with the past, the way we have created our values and what maybe other people think about us. It can also be connected with the fear of taking the risk and not being confident to face criticism if someone would not like our work. And another angle we discussed on this topic is the how to. Sometimes women need guidance to try something new and also an environment where they feel supported, welcome and not judged. They of course felt very comfortable yesterday being part of Global Woman circle and this made a few ladies get out of their comfort zone so they created live videos on FB for the first time. Isn’t this amazing?

The Power of Marketing

You know, marketing is everything. If you are in business, it’s important to understand that marketing is the fuel and without it we can’t generate sales. Many women when they start their business they hesitate to do marketing themselves, they feel shy or they think they should hire someone else to do it for them. But remember, you are the face of the business and you need to put yourself out there and talk about your purpose, your vision and why people should join you. We discussed this in the group and all agreed that we always need to innovate and be creative when it comes to marketing and it’s never enough. So ladies show off and don’t hesitate to share your great work with the world.

Personal development

We all agreed yesterday that 80% is about personal development and only 20% is about strategies, techniques etc. So we have to focus on the 80% and make sure that we have built the strength and resilience to overcome any challenge or obstacle. We need to learn how to work smart, not hard. This way we can tap into our inner source and maximize our potential. We can be in harmony, aligned and authentic standing in our power. And when we are reaching this level then we are able to connect with our higher self and see many more opportunities.
